SUBSCRIPTIONS                

• PRINTED JOURNAL SUBSCRIPTION PRICES FOR INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND LIBRARIES:
  
                                                      $29.00 US dollars for Individuals in US and Latin America. S&H Included
                                                      $40.00 US dollars for Individuals in Europe and Asia.  Plus S&H
                                                      $45.00 US dollars for University Libraries DIRECT PURCHASE Plus S&H
                                                      $60.00 US dollars Intermediary Library Institutions Domestic (SWETS and EBSCO) +S&H

REPLACEMENT COPIES POLICY

If after receiving the first paid copy a Library or Intermediary sends a request for Replacement, CIEHL will charge the correspondent volume as a Single Issue, plus S&H.  We do NOT accept Returns.  We keep records of all material mailed and sent as well as Return Receipt Requests from US Post Office when needed. If we keep receiving request for Replacements we will charge every Replacement copy sent as a Single Issue plus S&H. Make sure you have the volume before making a replacement order because we will not accept returns and we will charge all Replacements sent.
 

• Payments should be sent by check or money order payable to:

•  Send all payments for subscription to our Department address. 
   

• Single Volumes and Replacement volumes: $35.00 each plus S/H.
   

• PERMISSIONS
  
       Libraries sometimes request special permissions.  This fees are upon request.  Permission for republishing an essay elsewhere is permitted also for a reasonable fee.
   

• Members will receive volumes automatically and Invoices will be mailed until written cancellation notice is received.  All Volumes received should be paid until cancellation is sent.

SINGLE VOLUMES:

Individuals and libraries can purchase single volumes for $35.00 US dollars each if available plus S/H.  If an individual, Institution or Library sends a purchase order or a subscription order number, we will immediately include your name in the members list.  This way, no one will miss the correspondent issue.  But, if after we receive a purchase/subscription order of any kind (that includes electronic subscription/purchase orders), and we had not received payment for subscription after we have sent the correspondent volumes, we will charge the volumes at the single item price.  If subscriber does not pay after receiving an invoice from CIEHL, we will charge each volume sent at the single item prices with a surcharge for shipping and handling of $10.00.

MEMBERSHIP RULE

When an individual pays a subscription he or she becomes a member automatically. Members will receive two issues per year. Contributors are requested to become members in order to publish essays.  If you have sent an essay and it has been accepted for publication, you should send your payment immediately.  Membership is renewed automatically and invoices will be sent.  If we have sent an invoice and we do not receive subscription payments, we will discontinue sending volumes and will charge the volumes sent at the single item price plus S/H.

INVITED EDITORS

Invited editors should let contributors know about the membership rule in order to receive their volumes.  Invited Editors should become members after accepting notification and inform all contributors of the corresponding volume to subscribe immediately.
